Who are we looking for?

Our high-growth multinational firm is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team. 

The ideal candidate is someone who has strong communication skills, attention to details and who is also creative.

The role of the marketing executive can include creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities.

 3.    Position within the organization

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Cooperates with: Sales & Marketing Team

Areas of responsibility

 o   Managing Marketing Communications for Dot Property Group & high-profile real estate clients.

o   Drive the Brand & Comms to meet milestones, delivery dates and achieve the targets, tracking and reporting the results and outcomes.

o   Control the marketing budget of brand & comms campaign including spend according to the budget.

o   Ensure program objectives and communication objectives are clearly defined and measurable.

o   Continually optimize and refine communication plan and execution processes.

o   Identify opportunities for domestic and international business growth and developed the right strategy to drive success.

o   Provide actionable recommendations for all communications, creative design and content that impacts to the brand and consumers.

o   Manage our efforts on PR, Partnerships on outreach strategies

o   Collaborate with internal functions to initiate effective and efficient communications the drive key business results.

o   Work alias with event team, coordinate with the vendor & supplier on logistics for company events

o   Manage, monitor and check marketing material inventory

Skills and Qualifications

Working alongside the Marketing Director, you will not only have exceptional communication skills but you will be also passionate about creative writing and ready to support with different creative projects.

Competencies and skills

o   Degree in New Media, Communication Arts, Arts, Humanities, Business, Marketing or related fields.

o   Knowledge about Digital Media Advertising, especially Email, Direct and Social Media Marketing and/or Traditional Media.

o   Strong organizational and leadership skills.

o   Strong experience with industry standard tools (Analytics, Survey, email marketing tool etc.)

o   Highly motivated, result-oriented and results driven.

o   Excellent interpersonal skills and creative mindset with positive attitude.

o   Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.

o   Fluent in spoken and written English.
