Software Application Support Analyst

atSignify Co., Ltd.

The following are essential for the success of this position:

  • Self-Initiated. You will be assigned to analyzing and responding to inquiries from business users.    You will contact users by calling or writing to clarify issues, requirements, and needs. You will also help customer improve their knowledge by creating/sharing how-to articles and VDO with customers.
  • Analytical Thinking.    You can analyze customer’s questions, requests, problems, and limitations and use your understanding of software product to propose the solution that is workable for the customer.
  • Service Minded.    You should like working with people.   And you can use people skills to navigate conversation and negotiate for successful agreement.   You can work alone, lead others, and follow others to complete software implementation tasks such as data preparation, configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Clear Communication.  You can create software specification document and test scenario for the development team to customize and test the software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Business Computer, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, Industrial Engineering
  • Experiences: 1+ Years.
  • Can write email, minute of meetings, and specification documents in English.
  • Can check data using SQL, Excel vlookup and Pivot Table.
  • Will be helpful to know sales process, CRM process, salesforce, SugarCRM, MS Dynamics.
