Responsibility:

  • Develop yearly brand plan, complete with outlined objectives, strategy and tactics, ensuring growth goals are met
  • Develop and update consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for her/his brand
  • Analyze competitive data, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight to develop and improve tactics.
  • Manage cross-functional teams of the brand and products launch project.
  • Create brand message and image that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share.
  • Develop and update consumer portrait, understands in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes SKUs for key channels and key customers
  • Responsible for all ATL & BTL activities (TVC, Print, Activation, Digital & PR, POSM) to ensure all the execution is implemented effectively according to marketing plan
  • Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand by anticipating consumer trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in marketing preferably someone who has experiences in FMCG industry with Digital experience
  • Strong in Digital Marketing communication
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a strategic thinker who can develop ideas for growth and drive
  • Experience managing and developing a team.
  • Must have strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to juggle numerous responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge in consumer buying habits. Product portfolios, trade, advertising, promotion
