Responsibilities

  • Litigation, Contract Drafting, Reviewing, Providing Comments.
  • Giving general advice on business and commercial laws.
  • Researching on laws updates and news.
  • Other as assigned by supervisors

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and master’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Law (Contract Drafting/Litigation) or related fields.
  • Lawyer license.
  • Barrister-at-law degree and International law firm are preferable.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal and good computer literacy.
  • Ability to travel/work in upcountry and abroad.
  • Goal – Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
