  • Communicate to staff on shift objectives and targets on regular basis to ensure each staff member working in the same direction.
  • Maintain significant standards of the outlet including product quality, food presentation, speed of service, cleanliness and food hygiene.
  • Listen to customers' feedbacks and requirements and respond to their requirements to ensure customer's satisfactions. Ask for assistances if needed.
  • Build customers' satisfaction and conduct customers' surveys (if any) to gain valuable feedbacks and to increase repeat visits.
  • Supervise all staffs to strictly follow all work and services instructions, food safety and hygiene manual, standard operation manuals and company's regulations.
  • Control each shift by arranging pre- and post-shift briefings effectively.
  • Be responsible for explaining to staff members of new products and promotions and encourage them to upsell these products and promotions to the customers to increase sales.
  • Support the Restaurant / Bar Manager in every way to achieve sales target of each shift.
  • Report major expenses, wastages and damages affecting the outlet's operations to the Restaurant / Bar Manager.
  • Be responsible for checking existing inventories before making new purchase orders.
  • Assist in recruiting suitable staff for the outlet to ensure 100% staff as budgeted by Head Office and solve human resources issues on shift and report to the Restaurant / Bar Manager if any issues.
  • Control all staffs to work along with the policies of all superiors, company's visions and missions. Report any issues if any.
  • Emphasise to all staff members to serve all food and beverages in line with the company's standards and the laws.
  • Understand and follow the safety procedures in workplace.
  • Work on any other assignments given by Restaurant / Bar Manager.
  • Working Location : The Dock Thonglor (Thonglor soi 4)
  • Graduated with High Vocational Diploma in related field.
  • With work experiences in supervisory level in restaurant business for at least 2-4 years.
  • Knowledge in restaurant operations.
  • Skills in problem solving – analytical, problem identification and solution, are advantageous.
  • Leadership with good command of communications and motivation skills required to lead the operations to successful results.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork skills and hard working.
  • Self-disciplined, self-motivated, ambitious and result-oriented.
  • Strong command of written and spoken in English.
  • Maintaining good personal hygiene and wearing proper attire during working hours.
  • Learning new things and looking to improve from recommendations.
  • Able to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays.
