Job Description:

• Prepare HR cost budgeting that aligned with annual business plan, manage budget and revise budget during the year based on re-organization and man-power movement
• Define causes of difference of actual performance and plan as well as propose the result of analyzing to management level
• Propose policy initiatives related to resource allocation through budgeting process for maximizing benefits.
• Analyze significant HR cost, in order to utilize the consistency resource on monthly and Quarterly basis
• Analyze key financial performance, company results and validate head count movement / accounting transaction accuracy
• Lead and supervise team to utilize employee database to have more analytical and report to related parties
• Provide consultancy & Initiate new project related to HR cost budgeting and monitoring
• Ensure that annual cycle activities such as merit increase, promotion, headcount and budget planning etc. are planned and operated in timeline

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Financial or Human Resources or Business Administration or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience in Finance, compensation and Benefits function
• Strong analytical skills
• Banking knowledge
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in English
• Strong personality and leadership
