Job Description
- Serve as a strategic solution advisor by understanding client needs and delivering tailored financial advisory services
- Originate and develop business opportunities across multiple sectors, and effectively pitch ideas to clients
- Lead deal execution, managing timelines, transactions, and coordination among internal and external stakeholders
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with senior clients, providing trusted and insightful financial advice
- Mentor and develop junior team members, cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of SCB’s full range of products and services to identify cross-selling opportunities beyond investment banking
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience, preferably in a finance related field, such as investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, analytical thinking, conceptual, and communication skills
- Results-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
