Job Descriptions/Responsibilities:

• Materialize product owner's visions by using User-centered design approach; conduct user research, prototype & test activities for bank products and services
• Responsible for delivery of design artifacts, including and not limited to (lo/mid/hi-fi) wireframes, wireflows, sitemaps, user journeys and development-ready UIs optimized for a wide range of interfaces
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the designs to meet and exceed user's expectation while ensuring pleasant usage experience
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial design, Computer Arts, Communication or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in UX design, design thinking method approach through contributed projects
• Knowledge/Improvement in agile/cross-functional projects is a plus
• Possess a good understanding of current technology and human psychology for design
• Ability to analyze customer experience business requirements and translate into design solutions
• Good command of English
