Legal Advisor
atBank of Ayudhya PCL (Krungsri)- Participate as a working team member in special projects of the Bank,
- provide advice in relation to law, legal issues, rules and regulations stipulated by relevant regulatory authorities such as BOT, SEC, MOC etc. and formulate/review draft business contracts related to special projects.
- Provide advice and interpretation of law, rules and regulations stipulated by relevant regulatory authorities such as BOT, SEC, MOC etc. for new product design and development for the Bank in relation to special project.
- Provide advice and recommendation on legal issues to support operations of employees at branches, business centers and operational tasks of the Bank.
- Compile information supporting complicated legal issues, rules and
- regulations stipulated by relevant regulatory authorities such as BOT, SEC, MOC etc. to further seek advice/endorsement from legal advisors.
- Coordinate with legal functions of the companies in the financial group to ensure that business operations are undertaken in compliance with relevant laws, rules and regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate with external law firms which provide legal consultation services to the Bank.
- Lead and supervise consultation on new product and special project
- with BOT, SEC, MOC etc. and other regulators.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Laws
- Having Fin tech and electronic transaction in banking experience is advantage
- Having knowledge and understanding in Civil and Criminal Law, Civil Procedure law and Bankruptcy law
- Having knowledge and understanding in Banking Business including litigation process
- Having knowledge of Regulatory Laws
- Having Lawyer's License
- Proficiency in Thai and English: speaking, writing and legal fluency, with ability to give presentations in both Thai and English.
