- ดูแลการ Update Content ของ website: www.setsocialimpact.com
- หาข้อมูลเพื่อจัดทำรายงาน Info graphic หรือสรุปข้อมูล เพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้งาน Facebook และ website: www.setsocialimpact.com
- รวบรวม ประมวลผล และสรุปข้อมูลจากการประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ
- จัดทำเอกสาร จดหมาย รายงาน สรุปข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับงาน หรือกิจกรรม
- ดูแลงานด้าน Admin งานด้านเอกสารกลาง ระบบการจัดเก็บภาพ และจัดทำฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการทำงาน
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดกิจกรรมและการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายพัฒนาเพื่อสังคม ในส่วนงาน SET Social Impact Platform และงานมูลนิธิตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย
- ดูแล ประสานงานการจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ทั้งในและนอกสถานที่ ให้เป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย
- เพศ : ชาย-หญิง อายุ : 22 - 30 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี
- สามารถใช้ MSOffice Word, Excel, PowerPoint ได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการนำเสนอข้อมูลในแบบ Info graphic หรือมีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมอื่น ๆ เพื่อการออกแบบจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เคยดูแลการจัดกิจกรรม หรืองาน event ต่างๆ ทั้งในและนอกสถานที่
- สามารถจัดทํางานเอกสาร เช่น จดหมาย รายงานสรุปข้อมูล รายงานสรุปการจัดกิจกรรม และการออกแบบ และประมวลผลในการจัดทําแบบประเมินได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานในวันหยุด และเดินทางออกต่างจังหวัดได้ เป็นครั้งคราว
- มีบุคลิกภาพดี รักในการบริการ ทํางานเป็นทีมได้ มีความสามารถในการประสานงาน มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี กระตือรือร้นในการทํางาน สุขภาพแข็งแรง
