About the role - you will:

• Work closely and provide advice to business owner to help them for the better business decision.
• Manage and lead the team to complete all the tasks related to FA function
• Support audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries
• Monthly Asset Management closing cycle to include but not limited to review and analysis of asset addition, asset disposal and asset adjustment, and the monthly closing process
• Applies principles of accounting to monitor and analyze financial and prepare specialist reports
• Monitoring the status of CIP projects, including on-going communication with appropriate business partners to ensure assets are placed into service in a timely manner, recorded, and tagged as such
• Manages yearly fixed asset physical inventory
• Review CAPEX budgets/forecast planning, work closely with the other departments in tracking project costs in comparison to their budgeted projections
• Support SOXs, BOI, TAX and legal
• Validate ROI for company's project
• Lead and focus on people development

About you:

• Excellent in leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Able to work under pressure

Your experience includes:

• Knowledge in Accounting and Finance
• GL, Fixed Asset account and CAPEX is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Power Point)
• Analytical tool (Tableau, etc.) is preferred
• Oracle or SAP is preferred
• Bachelors and/or equivalent experience
