1.ได้รับปริญญาโทขึ่นไปในสาขาวิชาที่เหมาะสมกับหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ และลักษณะงานที่ต้องปฏิบัติ
2.มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้องไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
