Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Acting as a first point of contact for a specific Accounts Receivables tasks relating to;
• Receipt and allocation of payments to open invoices.
• Offset charge back expenses from customers.
• Credit notes clearing.
• Handling disputed invoices.
• Handling customer and business queries regarding receivables.
• Manual invoicing.
• Collection.
• Credit management support.
• AR Closing and reporting.
• Ensure all accounts receivable transactions are updated correctly to ensure the reports generated will be correct and accurate.
• Monitor & Follow-up of money collection performance mainly from US customers.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous, fast paces, and constantly changing environment.
• Being responsible for quality, efficiency and timeliness of process documentation,
• Assisting with monthly and annually closings within timeline.
• Assisting account analysis and supporting the AR team leader in carrying out the responsibilities of the AR function.
• Other ad hoc projects as requested by manager.

Requirements and background :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Good communication in English (especially written).
• 1-2 years+ of relevant corporate accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft NAVISION is a plus
• Service minded, highly committed, and team player.
• MS Office literacy, Advanced skills on Excel necessary
