- ควบคุมดูแลทีมงานส่วนงานสรรหาและคัดเลือกให้ปฎิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายไว้
- พัฒนาช่องทางในการสรรหาให้เหมาะสมพร้อมวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพช่องทางการสรรหาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- พัฒนาเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการคัดเลือกพนักงานตามระดับงานให้สอดคล้องเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- ร่วมกับฝ่ายต้นสังกัดในการวางแผนอัตรากำลังคนอย่างเหมาะสมในตำแหน่งงานต่างๆเพื่อวางแผนการสรรหาให้ทันตามต้องการของต้นสังกัด
- ประสานงานการจ้างงานต่างชาติ การต่อ Visa, Work Permit ของพนักงานต่างชาติ
