Position: eCommerce - Customer Development Manager

(Key Account Manager -Accounts : Shopee/ Lazada)

Location: Klongtoey, Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities:

• Primary focus is to drive revenue targets through increased product sales with assigned E-commerce accounts.
• Develop individual account action plans to achieve assigned monthly sales quota.
• Deliver consistent and exceptional solution-oriented consultation approach to selling.
• Focus on account growth by suggestive selling to retail customers.
• Review and analyze category performance by retail partner to ensure continuous category growth.
• Engage in dialogue with retail partners to understand needs and to overcome objections.
• Overcome price concerns or other objections by demonstrating value to achieve sales goals.
• Assist customers in creating seasonal assortments and key item buys.
• Direct customers to the best solution based on their expressed needs, inquiries, and problems.
• Diffuse difficult conversations professionally keeping promises and commitments.
• Maintain customer profiles in CRM to strategically build relationships for long-term revenue growth.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop Shopper Activities and Promotional Plans.
• Achieve Net Sales targets, while increasing shopper penetration and conversion sustainably.
• Monitor weekly performance closely, understand what's working, what's not working.
• Analyze data analytics to understand sales performance and demographics performances.

Qualifictions:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Proven experience in multi-channel retailing and expert knowledge of e-commerce marketing/sales and e-commerce direct selling experience required.
• Experience in establishing relationships, retailer negotiations, and building and executing collective business plans with retailers.
• Strong working knowledge of websites, digital advertising platforms, email, CRM and analytics.
• High learning agility, digital or e-commerce experience and dealing with ambiguity required.
• Strong focus on results, capable of identifying and tracking critical metrics, identifying key opportunities and issues and develop/execute plans to address.
• Passion for e-commerce a must Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
• Able to navigate tough negotiations with retailers while building strong connections and partnerships.
• Computer literacy and Internet Savvy.
• Good Command of English.
