Full-loop leasing and contract process to shops and stores both for food and non-food.

Plan, manage and direct contingent retail market trend, source and lease sufficient appropriate stores, vending machines and temporary booths. Make contract agreement, renewal, termination, document assembling, and administrate parties' contracts terms, contents and preambles.

  • Strategically plan for sales, source, draw and execute sales activity; negotiate and issue retail shops and stores contracts to fill esplanades.
  • Handle and monitor leasing contract, also manage contracts' condition, covenant and revision.
  • Maximize and maintain customers' experience and relation.
  • Liaise, harmonize and consult with sections for leasing process' top efficiency and performance.
  • Lead, motivate and supervise subordinates in order to maintain employee engagement and improvement.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Leasing, Real Estate Management or related
  • Minimum 5 years in retail or rental spaces business or 3 years as Assistant Manager or upper
  • Knowledge in leasing, marketing, retail business, and shopping mall management matters
  • Interpersonal skills, customer oriented and negotiation with good command of English
