Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides high-level technical expertise in support of pre-sales activities.
• Lead project design, reviews, risk analysis, and implementation phases.
• Provides post-implementation technical support and in-office level 3 support.
• Develops and maintains project documentation to support technical delivery and integration.
• Perform benchmarking, tuning, capacity planning for systems and applications.
• Perform systems monitoring and log analysis, as well as establish thresholds for automated alerts and notifications or triggers.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• or more years' experience in Window Systems, Microsoft AD, cloud, virtualization, storage or related technologies.
• Demonstrated on-the-job experience designing, configuring, maintaining, integrating, clustering and managing physical and virtual servers in a production environment.
• Candidate must have a technologist mindset with the aptitude to work on challenging projects while possessing organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Goal oriented, a forward thinker that can provide solutions for complex technical problems.
