Pronto is looking for a candidate to join us as our new Marketing Services Producer. This position offers an entry-level role, which cultivates a diverse, strong, and sturdy base for future career development though a hybrid of client-facing skills and production workflow

• You will be working directly with our clients via an email ticket system managing their various marketing service subscriptions from end to end on a daily basis. You must take special pride in being creative, having great organization skills, and communicating well with clients.
• With this role, you will have an opportunity to get involved in different areas of marketing services and their productions. Programs include, but not limited to managing and coordinating the production and workflow of the following:
• Email Marketing Management & Production: Email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and holiday eCards
• Social Media Management
• Blog Services Management
• Ready-To-Go MSP eBooks
• Other marketing services: Brochure Design, Pay Per Lead Chat, and more…
• As you go, the role may evolve depending on performance, interests, and future changes and opportunities.
• It is very important for us that you understand well that the role is an entry level position.

• Have strong English communication skills - A very strong English proficiency with excellent writing and communication skills is required.
• Have knowledge/interest in HTML & CSS - Experiences with WordPress, HTML and CSS (basic to intermediate) is helpful, but not required. Candidates must be willing to learn about HTML and CSS to an intermediate level.

• No experience required. We will consider recent university graduates.
• Training will be provided in the first 3-6 months depending on readiness.
• Undergraduate degree required
• Thai citizenship required.
