Assistant Seminar Manager (ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายสัมมนา) ทำหน้าที่ประสานงานและดูแลงานสัมมนาให้เรียบร้อยและเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- วางแผนงานสัมมนา ประจำไตรมาส และประจำปี
- ประสานงาน โรงแรม จัดพิมพ์ และจัดส่ง Brochure
- ดูแลขั้นตอนการสมัครของผู้เข้าสัมมนา
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยในวันสัมมนา
- ประสานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านการอนุมัติหลักสูตรสัมมนา และเอกสารที่ต้องจัดส่งหลังงานสัมมนา
คุณสมบัติ
- เพศ หญิง
- อายุ 26 ปีขึ้นไป
- ระดับการศึกษา ปวส, ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- ประสบการณ์ 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้น ละเอียด รอบคอบ
