• Monitor the Organization’s salary structure and benefit provision to ensure a balance
between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff.


• Manage and conduct in all functions of human resources management in the area of Thai
labor law and related, recruitment & selection, employment and retirement of employees,
training & development, welfare, compensation & benefit, performance, employee relation,
punish and reward, disciplinary action handing, welfare, payroll management and HR
administration (employee database, all employee records confidential keeping, filing
document HR policies, procedures, corporate agreements and reporting).


• Work closely with corporate management team in manage, conduct and implementation of
corporate policies related to human resources, organizational, employee development,
manpower plan, human resources budget, HRM strategies plan, policies and procedures in
line with business strategies and corporate direction.

3.General Affairs/Administration
 Monitor the storeroom for incoming-outstanding of stationery, office
equipment/supply, uniform and miscellaneous.
 Monitor the office equipment to departments.
 Monitor messenger/bill collector for conducing under the company’s policy.
 Plan & Monitor the expenditure budget of general affairs job/keep record.
 Inspect and monitor security and cleaning system.
 Control and conduct canteen.

Qualifications:
 Male or Female, age 35-45 years old.
 Bachelor or Master Degree in HR or any related field.
 Minimum 10 years’ experience in overall HR Functions.
 Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in management level.

 Able to manage all HR operations from end-to-end.
 Independent, hands-on, good managerial skill.
 Good communication, decision making, coordination skill, interpersonal skill.
 Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEIC score 700+).
 Good command in Microsoft Office, Knowing SAP is an advantage.
