Essential Job Functions

·         Manage database

·         Manage and assign marketing lists

·         Coordinate email campaigns

·         Follow-up emails

·         Event enrollments with clients at Event

·         Event registration

·         Pre-call to follow-up and confirm the registration for event enrollees

·         Preparing the necessary material for marketing event day

·         Schedule post-event client meeting pre-call qualification

·         New assignment as requested by supervisor. Within the rules of the company.

Sales Follow-up

·         Manage Senior Sales’ meeting calendar

·         Track Senior Sale’s meeting follow up items

·         Minute meeting and follow-up items

·         Build relationship with clients for following-up work

·         May spend one day a week with Senior Sales on client meetings

·         Backend supports – data/information collection and project management

·         Set and hold some client meetings within named accounts

·         Assisting Sales in preparing sales quotations, contracts, and agreements

 

Requirements

·         This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 3+ years of experience on sales or administrative or sales support

·         Work experience must demonstrate organization and customer service/sales skills working with corporate clients in a B2B environment

·         Organization skills with high attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to type a minimum of 50WPM are required.

·         Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills and excellent phone skills are required.

·         Good command of spoken, reading and written both Thai and English

·         We are looking for motivated team players with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
