What we are looking for

We are looking for dynamic persons to serve as Lead Generation Specialist in our Sales Department. The persons must be highly disciplined, great on the phone, and able to handle rejection. They must also be articulate and confident in engaging with potential clients via phone, email and marketing campaigns.

Skill requirements for the job

- Great Phone Etiquette — Positive energy for cold calling, with outbound call center experience, inside sales experience, or related sales experience in a B2B environment.

- Excellent Verbal Communication —  Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients.

- Tech Savvy — Accurately manage and update the customer relationship management system (CRM) with detailed notes, plus manage email and marketing campaign follow-ups.

- Self-Starter & Great Team Player — Ability to work independently, master call scripts fast, and contribute to the sales team consistently.

- Strong Time Management & Discipline— Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and follow through to execute all tasks on a daily basis.

- Coachable — Open to feedback and eager to learn/improve self.
