Job Description :
1. CRM assistant
2. Male or Female; age over 27 years old
3. Experience in this field over 3 years
4. Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs
5. Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
6. Developing sales strategies and setting quotas
7. Maintaining a database of contact information
8. Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
9. Handling complaints and negotiations
10. Candidates with experienced in Technology or Medical Company will be considered first.
