The Senior Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives from new clients. This role will make you responsible in the management of top spending clients and achieving sales targets. You will be in charge of researching and developing new client relationships within our market goals.

Applicants should have excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. English verbal and written skills are a bonus as WorkVenture is an opportunity to work in an international work environment.

• Achieving assigned sales targets
• Prospecting and developing new client and client relationships
• Generate revenue through repeat purchase from clients through telemarketing activities.
• Effectively manage and escalate clients' requests to increase customer satisfaction.
• Approach and manage the relationship with our clients

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years' experience in sales, telesales or account management
• Ability to close sale and explain company's services.
• Highly motivated to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator, strong in organization and creating team work, good facilitator, consensus builder and able to manage conflict
• Superior business and negotiation skills
