Job Description

We are looking for a talented call center sales with strong confidence.  Who has a passion and a heart for helping others.  Energetic and enthusiastic is a must!  You will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.  The successful candidate will be a real sales hunter and has experience in qualifying the right prospect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communications scripts when handling different topics.
• Qualify the client accordingly to needs, budget and fit for the product.
• Being able to influence the person on the phone to get the right information.
• Build sustainable relationship and engage the client by taking the extra mile.
• Plan and scheduled appointments and demo meetings for the sales manager.
• Keep records and conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive way.
• Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Communication or other..
• Thai Nationality only
• Previous experience in a call center sales role.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to persuade and influence others. 
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Strong skill of state management
• NLP background is a plus ++
• Can work under pressure
• Experience in Clinic, Hotel, Spa & Beauty Field is a plus ++

Compensation:

• Monthly incentive system
• Commission
