We are a dynamic company that designs and manufactures components, sub-products, and complete systems for the unmanned and robotic industries globally, we are looking for more growth in the Thailand and SE-Asia area.
To fulfill this growth, we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development & Sales Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales or a relevant role
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English and Thai
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
