เนื้องานโดยย่อ:

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
  • Deeply understand product portfolios, identify supply gap in term of selection and sales, and acquire new sellers to complete the portfolio.
  • Ensure success of existing sellers by driving and owning GMV. Analyze data to identify opportunities for seller growth and share best practice.
  • Building good relationships and trust with sellers, and understand their businesses and key success factors.
  • Engage seller to participate in marketing activities, implement campaigns, and monetize Nocnoc marketing assets to bring in revenue into the platform.
  • Negotiate with seller for better selection, pricing, in-stock level and delivery on behalf of the customer. Hold seller accountable for NocNoc standard and policies.
  • Interact with stakeholders of different teams (UX, logistics, installation) on behalf of seller to ensure products are displayed, delivered and installed properly and advise internal teams on any product-related issue.
  • Responsible for ensuring that content of all products meets standard, highly readability, graphically beautiful and technically accurate.
  • Analyze existing website layout and customer journey, and work with Product Owner to recommend improvement plans for better category sales.

คุณสมบัติ:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in any business-related field (BBA, Marketing, IE, Econ, etc.)
  • Ideally 3-5 years of working experienced preferably in Sales, Key Account Management, Merchandiser, or Business Development.
  • Candidates with e-commerce experiences or have category knowledge in home improvement products and building materials (Ceramics, tiles, floorings, or furniture) are preferable.
  • Entrepreneurial and data-driven.
  • Ability to sell and present well over phone and in person.
  • Good communication capability in English.
