Job Summary
Assists the F&B Manager and Assistant F&B manager in the day-to-day operations and smooth running of the restaurants
Job Description
- Support Assistant F&B Manager of area in planning, organizing, controlling and directing the work of employees in each outlets, ensuring member satisfaction.
- Supervising the floor during meal periods to ensure that all standards and sequence of service are met through all the member interactions.
- Support the entire Food and Beverage operation including supervising other areas if necessary.
- Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer system (POS System)
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Thai nationality only
- 1-2 years of experiences
- Service mind
- Good attitude
- Speak English
- Teamwork oriented
- Can-do attitude, positive and hardworking.
