Customer Oriented, absolutely fluent in English  (Spanish, Chinese, French or German will be a plus) The international inside sales provide sales support to internal and external customers. Responsible for assisting in the promotion and execution of the flower distribution program in association with Marketing and the Logistic. Report directly to the Managing Director of The Amazing Flowers of Victoria.

      Qualifications & Responsibility :

• Secure purchase orders and manage customers expectations
• Coordinates customer requirements with logistic and farms.
• Processes requests for quote
• Conduct extensive reviews of customer purchase orders 
• Provides notification of late shipments to customers and coordinate with logistic
• Addresses customer inquiries promptly
• Initiates review of special net pricing, when appropriate, to ensure profitability
• Continually seeks and shares strategies for enhanced sales ,service and new customers.
• Notifies sales management immediately of any business at risk situations
• Promotes the use of The Amazing Flowers of Victoria website and social network.
• Uses critical thinking to negotiate mutually acceptable resolutions to customer disputes

• 3 years minimum on a similar position
• Fluent in English 
• Thai nationality only 
• 25K to 35K + monthly bonus (up to 400k/year)
