Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day Admin activities and support related accounting & warehouse documentations.
- Coordinate with Accounting and Audit firm on accounting process for sales transaction.
- Coordinate with Warehousing on stocking and product preparation into Database.
- Coordinate with Graphics Designer on Social media Content preparation.
- Assist in company events, exhibitions and trade shows.
- Organize Sales channel including contents, products, stocking, order management.
- Support in Sales and Marketing Materials preparation.
- Support in preparing Social Media Posting.
- Be able to chat and communicate with customer through social media channel (Facebook, Instagram, Line, Whatsapp)
- Coordinate with relevant department for operation smoothly.
- Other related job as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant discipline.
- Age around 22-35 years.
- 0-2 years experience in marketing, sales, business administration, digital marketing, warehousing management or other field also welcome. Fresh graduates are welcome to join.
- Good command of english communication. Business level of English language is plus.
- Having skill in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and including report writing.
- Well organized with multi-tasking skills.
- Good personality With positive attitude, good human relation and a quick learner.
- Work as Team is essential. 
- Be able to work under pressure.
