• Handle all types of commercial dispute resolutions including, litigation, arbitration (ICC,
• SIAC, HKIAC, TAI, etc), negotiations and enforcement actions.
• Analyze factual and legal points and create case strategies
• Conduct factual investigations and witness preparations
• Conduct legal research
• Provide legal opinions and recommendatins
• Prepare complaints, answers, motions and other documents required for dispute resolutions
• Prepare memos and case status reports
• Coordinate with clients on any other required processes
• Providing any other legal support as required

• Thai national with a valid Thai lawyer license
• At least 5 years' intensive experience as a commercial litigator
• Capable of working independently and as a team member
• Have strong analytical and communication skills
• Energetic, service-minded and result-oriented
• computer literate (advanced Microsoft Word and Excel)
