Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and closely communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of operations
  • Provide general support to ground staffs in order to control and ensure smooth running of operations
  • Provide sustainable solutions for internal stakeholders to solve all issues in a timely basis
  • Ensure that all operations activities meet the objectives and delivered by the schedule with superb-quality
  • Work with Fleet Supervisors in monitoring driver's behavior, dress-code and ensure warehouse rules are met
  • Communicate with ground staff on disciplinary issues to investigate and in order to take necessary actions
  • Provide the improvement for all people operations processes

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Independent learner, hardworking, confident self-starter and "can-do" attitude
  • Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and high adaptability to new technology and ideas
  • Ability to handle multiple complex projects with "result-oriented"
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Good command in English
  • Prior experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage
