We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

To us, an HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

Job Scope

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
• Develop Evaluation System of organization and strategically consider the organization structure with the managing director.
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Develop better working environment 
• Develop employee regulation together with the director and track everyone is following it
• Inform all the process and updates directly to the managing director

Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Google Drive / Docs
• Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
• Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
• Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
• Having an experience in divergence management (understanding different cultures) and HR in marketing agency will be a big plus for this position.
