Senior Human Resource
atMinto (Thailand) Co., Ltd.We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
To us, an HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

Job Scope
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Develop Evaluation System of organization and strategically consider the organization structure with the managing director.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Develop better working environment
- Develop employee regulation together with the director and track everyone is following it
- Inform all the process and updates directly to the managing director
Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Google Drive / Docs
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
- Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
- Having an experience in divergence management (understanding different cultures) and HR in marketing agency will be a big plus for this position.
