Job Description
Responsibilities
- Day to day secretarial duties (personal and professional).
- Daily Plant Administration
- Coordinate other parties effectively and deliver assigned tasks .
- To implement new business form global account, key account and controlling business ex Thailand
- Coordinate Export shipment with the customer / shipper
- Coordinate with export shipping department
- Issue the correct document to customer and carrier / co-loader
- Issue incoming voucher, close job & issue invoice to customer within set target
- Solve daily operational problem internal Thai network, overseas network and external carrier
