- มีความรู้ด้านวัตถุดิบ และสารประกอบ ต้านอุตสาหกรรม มีเกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการผลิต พัฒนา และปรับปรุงสินค้า
-ประสบการณ์งานด้านงานระดับบริหาร
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
-มีทัศนคติที่ดี,สามารถทำงานในสภาวะกดดันได้ดี
