We are currently searching for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our new business in Thailand. The candidate must have good English and Thai Language skills and be willing to learn. The role will suit an individual that is looking for part time flexible work, whilst studying at University.

This is an exciting position, working for a fast-growing Supply Chain and IT Consultancy company based in Thailand in the Phra Khanong district of Bangkok but also with its Sister Company in the UK. Although advertised as an administrator role there will also be a focus on providing IT, Business, and Supply Chain training in parallel with the applicants University Course.

The job responsibilities will include working on a part-time basis with the Managing Director of the Company. Working hours can be flexible and based around the applicant’s availability.

Qualifications

  • Studying for a degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business / IT or related course.
  • Excellent English and Thai language communication skills.

Job Description: Office Administrator

This document describes the role, objectives, and salary plan for the Office Administrator Role.

Organisation

The Office Administrator will report directly to the Managing Director.

Training and Progression

The first 3 months of your employment will include formal accountancy and relevant IT training. Following this period, the objectives outlined will be assessed.

On successful completion of the Probation period, a development plan will be created, and progress reviewed quarterly.

There will be opportunities for progression as the company grows and these will be discussed as appropriate.

Responsibilities

The Office Administrator will provide a crucial role in the growth of the company, working closely with the Managing Director. A breakdown of responsibilities are listed below:

  • Preparing relevant accountancy materials for submission.
  • Preparing documentation for Visa submission.
  • Assist with the Translation of Documents.
  • Making Company Payments and preparation of Invoices.
  • Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for Management Meetings.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Organisation and booking of meetings and appointments.

Probation Period Objectives

During the first three months of employment the Personal Assistant will be expected to:

  • Receive General Accounting Bookkeeping Training.
  • Prove the ability to carry out the list of outlined responsibilities.

Salary and Expenses

  • The Office Administrator will receive a salary of 10,000 baht per month.
  • Will receive Personal Social Security allowance.
  • Travel costs to and from the Office and any Customer visits will be expensed in full.
  • Laptop will be provided.
