And starting from Q1/2018, we are exciting to launch the additional client solutions including Digital Talent Acquisition Solution, Digital Learning Solution, Organization Diagnostic to help our clients make significant and lasting impact even more.

• Oversee HR Technology BD project initiatives and manage all project milestones, activities, and timeline to deliver business targets
• Engage and manage all services delivery to Corporate Clients, including (1) Business requirement analyses, (2) UX design and deliver, (3) Demo & POC (Proof of Concept) development and delivery, (4) Solution implementation and UAT, and (5) Change management
• Explore and materialize business opportunities, collect market and competitor data, develop solutions and sales pitch
• Research available Technology, both core and extended Technology to develop Total Solutions
• Work with Technology team and partners throughout concept development, API, system integration and implementation, as well as client testing and problem resolutions
• Work independently with the clients and keep the team engaged as well as collaborate with others to get things done

Preferred Candidates

• Have knowledge / experiences with HR Technology, including, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, 360 & Leadership Development, Competency Management, LMS (Learning Management System), Rewards Management, HR Operation & Employee Services, and HR Analytics etc.
• Have knowledge / experiences with HRIS, Data Integration/Migration, Database Management, Data Securities, Cloud-based Technology & Platform, etc.
