【Job Description】

Being an Inside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to be part of a vibrant and energetic team of sales professionals to help grow the Shoplus business and help social media merchants to grow their business.

【Responsibilities】

  • Sell through inbound leads through telephone, LINE, emails, and other digital channels
  • Meet aggressive sales targets
  • Provide product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Perform Sales coordination activities, act as a bridge to grow business by working closely between Product Managers, Operations, and Engineering teams.
  • Update CRM of daily activities accurately
  • Obtain customer/prospect feedback about our products and services and record them on CRM

Requirements

  • Independent, a self-motivated, proactive, result-driven, methodical
  • Good communication skill, process & detailed oriented, flexible, think out of box
  • A team player
  • Eager to learn
  • Digitally savvy to sell using LINE, emails, or other digital tools
  • Sell through telephone calls.
  • Fluent in Thai. Basic English preferred
  • Problem-solving and logical thinking capabilities. Likes working with data
  • Perform under pressure to meet sales targets
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in software/e-commerce industry
  • Good track record in telesales

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry or start-ups
  • Passionate about selling
  • Hands-on building e-commerce or related business field ecosystems
