Senior Network Engineer
atH3C Technologies Thailand Co., Ltd.Work description:
- Responsible for technical support and professional service delivery of H3C products
- Responsible for pre-sales product testing support for H3C product
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and service quality in technical support and service delivery processes
- Promptly upgrade issues in the service delivery process and actively cooperate with other departmentsto resolve issues
Work requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, computer networking or related discipline
- Over 5 years experience at Networking Communication field
- Good expertise of Networking, Routing/Switching L3/L4, TCP/IP
- Good experience on network product, like Switch, Router, Security and wireless
- Deep hands-on experience in Configuration and troubleshooting and Network Solution crafting of Routers, Switches and Wireless
- Good communication skill & proven abillity to relate to customer representatives at various levels
- Fluent in English, be able to use English as working language
- Preferably have H3CIE/CCIE/HCIE certifications
