Sales and Business Development Manager
atG-Able Co., Ltd.Sales and Business Development Manager (New Business) is a performance-driven sales and business development lead to new business department ranging from digital marketing, digital platform to startup units. He or she requires intensive versatile skills including strong consultative sales & business development from strategic to tactical level, highly result oriented, key partnership development, and ability to thrive in a self-organizing dynamic team to deliver against high expectation.
- Formulates, executes sales and business development campaigns by working cross-functionally with existing/new customers and G-Able itself from management, engineering, marketing organization to increase sales impacts
- Becomes solutions and platforms expert in G-Able ecosystem and creates unique value propositions in meaningful yet simplified approach to the market
- Commits and achieves sales target of new business products, solutions and platforms
- Develops a new business partnership ecosystem to generate sales besides of direct sales approach
- Recruits new sales and business development members to the new business department in order to create more business impact in scale
- Creates new businesses by working and mentoring new digital teams, in-house startups and emerging virtual teams to sustain the overall business portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business from top universities preferred.
- years direct experience with leading enterprise, start-up, media agency, ad-tech or consulting companies
- Decent communication and negotiation skills
- Having a great service-minded attitude
- Excellent Excel and MS-Office skills
- Good command of English and Thai
- Ability to work in an intense, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
- Has a sense of business acumen and understand ongoing business priorities.
- Experience with Google Adwords and Facebook Ads Solutions and how performance/digital marketing work
