Ever (everapp.io) is seeking a Product Manager to help us build the next generation of healthcare services. You'll be joining a team of experienced entrepreneurs in an early stage startup targeting one of the biggest industries in the world - healthcare.

As a product manager at Ever, you will be working with an agile team of Developers, Engineering Leads, and Designers, along with leaders of our different business verticals in order to deliver our business goals, and, most importantly, solve customer pain points.
 

Specific Responsibilities:

• You’ll be primarily responsible for defining the product vision and strategy of your product.
• You’ll work with customers and perform market research to deeply understand customers' needs and desires from first principles.
• You’ll be managing all customer requirements and the product roadmap of your product line.
• You’ll work with the product team to build organizational knowledge for our products, ensuring that all product knowledge is properly documented and updated in our knowledge management database.
• You’ll need to be able to clearly articulate the strategy to product designers and engineers, and continuously work with your feature team in order to bring the product to life.
• You’ll be coordinating with all stakeholders in the product development process, ensuring that customers and our internal business teams are aligned in product direction.
• You’ll own and prioritize your product line’s engineering roadmap and work with Engineering Leads on ensuring the roadmap is executed according to spec.
• In addition to clear and frequent written communication, you'll conference daily with team members to design and refine new features for the product, marketing websites, marketing campaigns and more.
• You have strong opinions loosely held; you enjoy vigorously defending what you know to be right as much as you enjoy being wrong when the best answer wins.

Who we are looking for:

• Product Management background is a plus, but anyone with a generalist skill set interested in developing products is encouraged to apply.
• Experience in working with and managing B2B and/or B2C products. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think both in terms of high level strategy, as well as dive into low level engineering specs.
• Willingness to work in Bangkok.
• Open to learn new tools or skill sets.
• Experience in an international, fast paced environment.
