The IT Change specialist is accountable for the management of day to day activities within ITCM supporting DST Financial Services International's products, services, projects and releases.

This role will work in collaboration with the UK Release, Project and Senior Managers on small to complex scale activities, participating in planning and status meetings, identifying risks and mitigation, and providing updates according to plan. The incumbent will ensure that activities are properly resourced, that the team is represented at project and release meetings and will also provide a line management function to a number of change specialists.

• Deputize for the UK IT Change Release & Environment Manager where necessary
• Support the IT Change Technical Systems Lead & IT Change Managers
• Responsible for integrating agreed process improvements through the team
• Manage project activities outside of release process
• Day to day Management of inbox ensuring all items are covered or assigned each day where applicable
• Communicate regularly on the progress of assigned release or project work through weekly reports
• Mentor staff on all technical aspects after an initial period of formal training
• Line management responsibilities for a number of Change Specialist

• • years' experience of working with some or all of the following - Glassfish/OpenESB, JBoss, Apache, Windows .NET/COM/IIS

• Good knowledge of – Oracle, SQL Server
