We are currently restructuring our team and looking for young and energetic people to join our team.

Please note that this job is to support SOFTWARE (Cloud Solutions) and has nothing to do with setting up Networks, manage hardware etc.

  • Take calls from customers, Responsible for resolving all Tier 1 support queries within the provided Service Level Agreement and route / escalate Tier 2 cases as necessary.
  • Deliver on-site support services (within Bangkok)
  • Solving production issues both technical and user based.
  • Log support tickets in system, keep them maintained (Zendesk / JIRA)
  • Support Implementation team on Project Tasks such as Testing, Documentation, Training and Data Cleansing
  • Reporting to Customer of Support Usage and Credit Usage
  • Minimum 1 year experience on IT Support role, Software Support role, or any call center support role
  • Skilled at de-escalation; Able to negotiate positive outcomes, think on your feet, communicate with confidence and empathy to ensure a satisfying customer experience is delivered by the WORK Support Team.
  • Ability to clearly and successfully interact and communicate with internal & external customers in a friendly and personable manner via multiple channels (chat, phone, email)
  • Have Basic Knowledge of computer programming language is a must.
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript / SQL/ PHP / JAVA EE will be advantage.
  • Knowledge of any CRM Software will be advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international culture, and dynamic environment
  • Strong desire to be part of senior management in the future
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English and Thai will be advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative
