We are an Australian-Thai professional services firm specialising in international mobility - we help our clients apply to study abroad and to migrate (apply for visas) to visit, live and work in Australia, New Zealand and other countries.

We are looking to hire a talented individual who has an attention to detail and is interested in learning about the education (study abroad) industries.

The official job title is "Education Sale Consultant" - we are looking for someone who is comfortable handling documentation and processes in English and Thai. Most of our existing case managers also find themselves developing an interest in other areas such as marketing, sales, professional services or migration law as well.

We provide comprehensive training, coaching, guidance and career development planning to help our new team members succeed in their role and to develop professionally.

Location : CP International Chiang Mai 

Here's what we're looking for:

1.Thai nationality.
2.A bachelor degree or higher in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
3.Any relevant industry experience as an education consultant, counsellor, study-abroad consultant is a bonus.
4.The ability to manage yourself and get things done is absolutely required and multitask.
5.Good skill in both English and Thai is required.
6.Someone who likes Macs and Apple products.
7.Basic computer (Word, Excel, email, LINE)

Primary responsibilities:
1.Consult students on their study abroad options for Australia, New Zealand and other countries.
2.Follow up online and offline enquiries.
3.Maintain good relationships with former clients and stakeholders.
4.Provide client services to their satisfaction.
5.Ability to do quick research independently.

You will be reporting to our Office Manager for Chiang Mai and Director of Sales (MEL) and will interact on a daily basis with many different parts of our company, including our Australia offices. You'll also be given the opportunity to travel to different Australian cities as part of your ongoing training and development.
