- ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากรในหน่วยงาน ( Post Job. สรรหา-คัดเลือก,สัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้น,จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องฯ
- สรรหาบุคลากรตั้งแต่ระดับปฏิบัติการ - ระดับบริหาร
- จัดทำเอกสาร,รายงาน การดำเนินการสรรหาฯ เพื่อรายงานต่อระดับบริหาร
- ดำเนินการประสานงานการสัมภาษณ์ในตำแหน่งต่างๆ ให้กับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- เพศชาย
- อายุ 23 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขา บริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานสรรหาบุคลากร หรืองานทรัพยากรบุคคล อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษ (ฟัง/พูด/อ่าน/เขียน) ในระดับดี หากมีใบรับรองด้านภาษา (TOEIC) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีบุคลิกภาพดี,มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี,สามารถปฏิบัติงานในสภาวะกดดันได้
- หากมีที่พักหรือสามารถปฏิบัติงาน สำนักงานใหญ่ (ราชดำริ) จะพิจาณาเป็นพิเศษ
