HR Employee Experiences Officer (EE/ER)
atCDG GROUPResponsibilities:
- Annual Project-based Events (40%)
Manage all EE activities or create new to make employee experiences better such as Staff Party / Long Service Awards / Health Check / CSR Activities etc .
- HR Internal Communication (20%)
Design the internal communications and make the advert. Or Video to promote HR Activities for corporate channels
- Employee Experience Initiative Projects (20%)
Create and maintain new projects to improve work relationships, build corporate value, and increase productivity and retention such as Employee Journey / IOT for HR
- Welfare Operations
Organize for all function of Provident Fund
Qualifications:
Male/Female, Thai nationality only
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related fields
Experience 2years for HR or 1year for ER/EE
Adobe Skill is preferable (Photoshop, Illustrator or PremierePro)
