Campaign Success Officer
atBrandface.ioThe Campaign Success Officer at Brandface will have a great opportunity to drive impact across campaign operations, campaign success, and customer service. We are looking for a passionate, disciplined, and highly organized individual to help drive success at Brandface.
Responsibilities
Help customers understand our solution and products through video demos.
Support customers with campaign brief creation and related concerns.
Understand customer needs and ensure that it is clearly communicated with influencers.
Source relevant influencers for campaigns as per customer needs.
Coordinate and organize campaigns from start to end effectively.
Solve any problems that may occur during the campaign process.
Analyze trends and historical data to improve campaigns and management processes.
Develop solutions to increase influencer and customer success rate.
Focus on high quality deliveries and retaining users on both sides of our platform.
Create educational materials, resources, and tools to enhance user experience.
Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely influencer payments.
Gather user feedback and provide suggestions to improve our products and offerings.
Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
Deliver daily updates and weekly performance reports.
Support the business and technology team with internal short and long-term objectives.

Requirements
Fluent in Thai (written & spoken) and Advance in English.
Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets).
Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising/media/marketing/PR: account management, campaign management, project coordination, or similar. Influencer experience is a bonus.
Strong work ethic, highly organized, great time management skills, resourceful.
Own a laptop (none provided).
