Technical Engineer
atBeyondary Co., Ltd.- Female / Male age 23-27 years (Thai nationality)
- Bachelor’s degree in Science & Technology, Chemical Engineer, Biologist, Product Innovation, Sustainability, Sales & Marketing , Business Administration or related field.
- Experience 1-2 years in Technical Support , Technical process
- Act as the initial point of contact for all products & technical support related concerns from clients or other employees
- Assist management in creating training materials in product & demonstration & technical support especially in biodegradable product , organic cleaning product and usage
- Attend in-person meetings / demonstration with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Work closely with senior technical expert in technical issue, client problem, case study
- Able to go upcountry or abroad when required and will be the key person to demonstrate products & record client’s case study
- Strong social interpersonal skills and interactions with all types of customer segments
- Ability to research customer targets and execute on those customer targets
- Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of products & technical issue
- Good questioning, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Positive and resilience plus great attention to detail
- Intermediate/advanced computer skills, specifically with Excel/PowerPoint/Word
