The Customer Service assures maximum satisfaction of our internal and external customers by managing their expectations in order to achieve the objective of creating retained, loyal customers.

• Handles day-to-day Language Center operations and may perform administrative functions.
• Other key responsibilities include supporting retention and acquisition sales functions and tracking marketing activities.
• This is a multifunction position that requires a high level of customer service first along with the ability to handle various administration tasks.

• Male/Female, aged between 21-35 years old
• University Degree
• Customer-service-oriented attitude
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales experience/aptitude desirable
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
