หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- วางแผนการนำเสนอประกันชีวิต โดยวิเคราะห์ กำหนดกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมายและจัดทำแผนการขายเพื่อให้บรรลุผลตามเป้าหมายที่ได้รับจากผู้จัดการสาขา
- เป็นที่ปรึกษาและวางแผนการเงินให้ลูกค้า พร้อมนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันชีวิตที่เหมาะสมตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้าด้วยการเสนอข้อมูลเชิงเปรียบเทียบ
- ดำเนินการในเรื่องเอกสารต่างๆ ตามขั้นตอนและระเบียบข้อบังคับที่กำหนดทั้งก่อนและหลังการขาย
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ บัญชี การเงิน การตลาด เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาวิชาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านประกันชีวิต 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน และนายหน้าประกันชีวิต
- ผู้สมัครชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว
